By enrolling in the Pay-In-12 payment plan offered by Wandering Webmaster, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for the Pay-In-12 Plan
The Pay-In-12 plan is available exclusively for new websites built by Wandering Webmaster on Wandweb.co Hosting.

How Payments Work
The total cost of the web design service will be divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Payments will be made by direct debit only. You must provide valid bank account information for the direct debit setup through our payment provider, GoCardless.

Payment Due Date
Monthly payments will be automatically deducted from your designated bank account on a specified date each month. The exact date of the first payment will be communicated during the initial consultation.

Subscription Pause Flexibility
We understand that circumstances change, so we offer you the flexibility to pause your subscription for up to 60 days during your 12-month plan. During the pause period, your website hosting service will remain uninterrupted without any additional fees. You may request a pause at any time by emailing support@wandweb.co, and payments will resume upon request to restart the plan.

Failure to Pay
Failure to make any payment on the scheduled due date will result in immediate action:
- Your website will become unreachable until the payment is made.
- You will receive a reminder notification via email after one missed payment.
- If payment is not received within 14 days of the missed payment date, your account may be suspended until all outstanding payments are settled.
- Retry Fees: If a payment fails, GoCardless may impose a retry fee. Example: If you miss a payment due on the 1st of the month, your site may be suspended until payment is made.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the Pay-In-12 plan at any time; however, cancellation does not absolve you of the obligation to pay any outstanding amounts due up to the cancellation date.
Process for Cancellation:
To initiate cancellation, you must submit a written request via email to Wandering Webmaster at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm your cancellation and provide you with the total outstanding amount that needs to be settled.
Effects of Cancellation:
Your website will remain active until all due payments are settled. If you cancel before the total amount is paid, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance due at the time of cancellation. Failure to settle the outstanding balance within 30 days of cancellation may result in the suspension of your website and potential collection efforts for the remaining amount owed.

You have the option to pay off the remaining balance in full at any time without additional fees or penalties.

Scope of Support
Basic maintenance and bug fixes are included for the first year. Any design changes or additional functionality requests will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Non-Transferability
The Pay-In-12 plan is non-transferable and applies solely to the website project agreed upon at the start of the payment plan. It cannot be transferred to a different website or project.

Service Suspension
If your account is suspended due to non-payment, all website functionalities will be halted. Any reactivation of your website will require the payment of all overdue amounts.

Additional Fees
If your direct debit fails (e.g., insufficient funds), a fee may be incurred by GoCardless. Wandering Webmaster has no control over this cost. Continued failure to make payments may result in additional legal fees incurred in the collection of outstanding debts.

Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the website, including all content and design files, will remain with Wandering Webmaster until all payments have been made in full. Once full payment has been received, ownership will be transferred to you.
