Call-Out Fee Zones

At WWM Services, we believe in clear and straightforward pricing. Our call-out fees include travel and the first hour of service, with additional time billed at a standard rate of $45 per hour. Here's how our pricing works based on your location:  

Zone 1: Local (15km Radius)

• Call-Out Fee: $45 (includes travel and the first hour of service).
• Areas Covered: Kandanga, Imbil, Amamoor, and nearby towns within a 15km radius.
• Details: The $45 fee covers travel to your location and the first hour of service. If more time is needed, additional hours are billed at $45 per hour.

Zone 2: Regional (15-30km Radius)

• Call-Out Fee: $75 (includes travel and the first hour of service).
• Areas Covered: Gympie, Dagun, and surrounding areas up to 30km from Kandanga.
• Details: The $75 call-out fee includes both travel and the first hour of service. Any additional time beyond the first hour is billed at $45 per hour.

Zone 3: Distant (30-50km Radius)

• Call-Out Fee: $110 (includes travel and the first hour of service).
• Areas Covered: Noosa, Cooroy, and areas up to 50km from Kandanga.
• Details: In this zone, the $110 fee covers both travel and the first hour of service. Additional time is billed at $45 per hour.

Zone 4: Extended (50km+ Radius)

• Call-Out Fee: $2.20 per kilometre beyond 50km (includes travel and the first hour of service).
• Areas Covered: Sunshine Coast and areas beyond 50km from Kandanga.
• Details: For locations beyond 50km, the call-out fee is $2.20 per kilometre after the 50km mark. For example, a 70km trip incurs a fee of $154 ($110 for 50km + $44 for the extra 20km). Additional time beyond the first hour is charged at $45 per hour.

• Transparent Pricing: Our call-out fees include both travel and the first hour of service, so you know exactly what you're paying for. No surprises.
• Distance-Based Fee for Extended Areas: If you're over 50km away, our $2.20/km rate ensures that you only pay for the actual travel distance beyond the 50km radius.
