Welcome to Wandering Webmaster ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide web design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual project proposals or subscription plans selected by the client.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the completion of your project in a timely manner. You represent that you have all necessary rights and ownership of the content you provide to us.
4. Payments and Refunds
Projects: A deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or as per the agreed schedule.
Subscriptions: Monthly plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial months.
Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for work already completed.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final website design and code produced for you. We retain the right to include your project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandering Webmaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
